IOWA WILD SIGNS DEFENSEMAN JULES BOSCQ TO PTO
Mar 25, 2025DES MOINES, Iowa – Iowa Wild General Manager Matt Hendricks today announced the American Hockey League (AHL) club has signed defenseman Jules Boscq to a professional try-out contract (PTO).
Boscq, 23 (2/22/02), has recorded 26 points (7-19=26), 44 penalty minutes (PIM) and a plus-4 rating in 57 games with the Iowa Heartlanders in the ECHL this season. He totaled two assists, four PIM, and a plus-2 rating in four games with the Heartlanders in 2023-24.
Prior to his North American professional debut, Boscq skated in 108 games across four seasons in France’s Ligue Magnus from 2019-23, where he registered 44 points (9-35=44), 46 PIM, and a plus-5 rating with Anglet and Bordeaux. The Bordeaux, France native also represented his country in international play at the 2023 IIHF World Championship, where he recorded an assist, two PIM, and a minus-3 rating in seven games.
Boscq will wear sweater No. 8 with the Iowa Wild.
