The Iowa Wild host the Chicago Wolves on Friday at 7 p.m. at Wells Fargo Arena for the team’s first ever Santa-Con presented by Outlets of Des Moines. Fans are encouraged to dress as Santa and bring new and gently used stuffed animals to throw on the ice after the team’s first goal as a part of the annual Teddy Bear Toss.

  • The Youngstown, N.Y. native made his AHL debut with the Texas Stars on Mar. 20, 2019 against Grand Rapids 

  • Cecconi recorded his first AHL point on Mar. 23, 2019 against Grand Rapids and his first AHL goal on Feb. 13, 2021 vs. San Jose 

  • The 6-foot-3, 216-pound blueliner made his Iowa debut on Oct. 12 against Manitoba 

  • Cecconi currently leads all Iowa skaters with a plus-10 rating
