The Wild and IceHogs face off against one another for the second straight night as Iowa looks to earn their third win of the season. After a 53-shot performance that produced 6 goals for the Wild, Rockford is attempting to slow down the high-powered Iowa offense.

The Wild opened up their 2021-22 home slate on Friday night with an impressive 6-3 over Rockford on Friday night. 11 different Wild players recorded a point in the victory, and Nick Swaney and Dominic Giroux both tallied two goals in the contest. Joseph Cramarossa and Kyle Rau came away with three assists apiece and Mitchell Chaffee and Connor Dewar both had a goal. Iowa peppered IceHogs goalie Arvid Soderblom, outshooting Rockford 53-19.
